Description: This work embodies the concept of “Four Seasons” in the form of a tetraptych. On the background of Taihu Lake stones which symbolizes wealth and prosperity, the goldfish in different postures swim among them. The unique outlining and water painting technique of underglaze coloring is used to the fullest. Fired under the high temperature of 1380℃, the work is as crystal clear as real jade, expressing a good wish of a brimful harvest and upcoming good time through the homophonic title.
